Allen has over a decade of finance and accounting consulting experience, primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions. His healthcare experience spans multiple verticals, including benefit plan creation, healthcare software, and various agencies. Allen’s work has centered on strategically scaling organizations and carving out business units to capture available value.
Annah brings a diverse background in sales, insurance, customer service, business administration, and operations to support the vision and growth of CareGuide. Before joining CareGuide, Annah served as COO of a company focused on providing benefits, customer service, and advocacy for Native Americans, and most recently was the Operations Director of a healthcare agency.
Shai leads CareGuide’s world-class advocacy team. With seven years of experience in healthcare, she has developed strong expertise in patient care and advocacy. Previously, Shai worked within a large hospital system in Dallas, Texas, and holds several healthcare certifications. She is known for her passion for teaching, leadership, and guiding her team to help millions of Americans save billions on healthcare costs.
Savannah is a patient advocate and claims management expert dedicated to helping people access affordable and comprehensive healthcare. With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, her goal is to help CareGuide’s clients secure quality care at a lower cost. Skilled in developing innovative solutions, navigating regulations, and negotiating with healthcare facilities, Savannah ensures that CareGuide’s members receive the best possible guidance for lowering healthcare costs.
Jordan Smith is a dedicated Patient Advocate and Medical Claims Management Supervisor with over 10 years of combined experience in supervisory and account management roles. With a strong background in healthcare, Jordan has over 7 years of expertise in auditing medical claims and negotiating both individual and group medical bills. Jordan specializes in managing escalated and high-level advocacy cases, utilizing exceptional analytical and negotiation skills to resolve complex medical billing issues efficiently. His ability to identify discrepancies and advocate for fair pricing ensures that hospitals and doctors are held accountable to federal regulations and AMA guidelines. Jordan’s commitment to achieving equitable solutions for clients and his expertise in medical claims management make him an invaluable asset to our team
Tina is an experienced human resources and operations manager overseeing CareGuide’s HR administration, including recruiting, benefits, and payroll. She has held similar roles across various industries, including a national marketing agency, a real estate development company, and a consulting firm.

Bill is an accomplished healthcare entrepreneur and team builder who leverages his unique legal experience to drive CareGuide's mission. Before co-founding CareGuide, Bill began his career at an international law firm as a business litigation attorney. He later co-founded a full-service business law firm representing numerous healthcare and media companies, and most recently served as CEO of a healthcare agency. Bill serves on the board of directors for the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center and has been honored as a Dallas Business Journal “40 Under 40” and named “Outstanding Mentor of the Year” by the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
Dr. Hennessey is a serial entrepreneur and a passionate advocate for reducing high healthcare costs. After founding his own clinical practice and physician billing company, Dr. Hennessey launched the medical cost savings and transparency company Pratter Inc. (“Price Matters”) in 2014. He developed the proprietary software, cost savings, advocacy, and transparency platforms that now power CareGuide. His innovative focus on advocacy, price transparency, and hospital bill negotiation is helping millions save billions on healthcare costs.
